Registration Form 2025 - 2026 Season

Welcome to the 2025 - 2026 BTW Hornets Swim Team!

This Registration Form must be completed in order for your family to receive team-wide communications and to have access to all of our important team information at our online home here at Swimtopia. 

Please complete registration for all returning and new swimmers by June 1st, 2025 to ensure that you receive updates of summer swim conditioning and camp!

Much of the information on the site is accessible without logging in, but there are pages that are kept password protected so that only people registered with the team for the current season can view them. 

You'll be creating your own private account that will enable you to view your swimmer's times and history, volunteer for jobs at swim meets, sign up for social events, and more. Please be sure to choose your student's Grade Group from the drop down menu below School Year.

Please enter your student's preferred name in the First Name box only and leave the Preferred Name box empty. This helps prevent issues with the coaches' swim meet software. Returning team members: please keep your swimmer's name the same as it was listed last year for continuity. If there's an issue with your swimmer's name, please email the coaches.

At the end of the registration process, you'll see a Checkout button; at this time we do not have any online payments activated, so you'll see a $0 amount owed and you click on the Checkout button to complete your registration. 

We do the majority of our communicating through email, so it's vital to have current email addresses for everyone in your family who wants to receive information, swimmers included if they have an email address .Anyone in your family who is interested in volunteering will need to register as well and this can include grandparents.

This process is simple and quick.

All swimmers should download the GroupMe account from either the Apple AppStore or Google Play store by June 1st. We use GroupMe to communicate quick updates/practice changes/inclement weather changes and other updates directly to the team. It's also a great resource for new swimmers to ask questions! During summer conditioning/bonding week, our Seniors will work with all new team members to get them added to the Team GroupMe.

Photo and Video Waiver

We share photos and video of the team with the parents during the season in a variety of ways. We will have a separate password protected photo sharing site linked here soon so that only those with the login can view the photos. On occasion there may be photos on publicly accessible pages of this Swimtopia site. We sometimes share photos and brief videos of the team on our publicly accessible Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts. There may be occasions where we share photos with Booker T. Washington High School and Tulsa Public Schools for use in the school newsletter and on their websites. We also use photographs and video taken during the year on our end of season team highlights video.

The Swim Team retains the right to use photographs and video images of your child on the Swim Team website, on our Facebook page, Instagram and Twitter accounts, on the end of season team video, for school publications, and for future publications used exclusively for publicity associated with the Swim Team.
