Practice schedule during the Quarter 1 Intersession Break taking place Nov. 2-6:

Mon. 11/2, Tues. 11/3, Weds. 11/4, Fri. 11/6
8 a.m. - 10 a.m. 

Thurs. 11/5 - No practice
Senior Night Home Meet v Owasso - 5:30 p.m. start

This is our first regular meet of the season, and only one of two home meets we have on the schedule. Details about when swimmers should arrive will be sent out. Job Signups for the meet will be activated soon. Please plan on helping out if you can, especially parents of Seniors! 

Swimmers are expected to attend each practice. If you know your swimmer will be absent for a practice, a parent must send an email to the coaching staff the night before the absence: [email protected]
