Attention BTW Swim Families: 

As we proceed with our swim season, we have pulled together our practice and meet protocols along with our guidelines related to COVID-19 symptoms, possible exposures to the virus, and protocols to be followed in the event of a positive test. 

While we've had this documented in various places, we wanted to pull it together into a single easily-referenced document. We have worked with our BTW Athletic Director, our BTW administration, and Steve Friebus, the head athletic trainer for all Tulsa Public Schools on these protocols. Additionally we have modified these slightly (and will continue to do so as necessary) as we have identified additional concerns. 

It is mandatory that all swim families read, print out, and sign the third page of the attached BTW Swim COVID 19 Protocol document and agreement. This signed agreement page must be returned by Friday, November 13th or swimmers will not be allowed to practice until it is returned. We will have additional copies at the pool if you are unable to download and print the attachment. This document is also available any time on the new COVID-19 Information page of the team website under the Team menu. 

We understand that these rules may seem tough, but we are wanting to do all we can to ensure a full, uninterrupted season for our swimmers. Please reach out to the BTW Swim Coaches if you have any questions or concerns.
