Good morning BTW Swim Families:

As we continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation around Oklahoma, we have made some difficult decisions. Please note the following:

1) We have withdrawn from the Bixby Invitational meet scheduled for tomorrow 12/3. We will have normal practice instead (Varsity 6:30 - 8:00 am and Varsity/JV 4:00 - 5:30 pm).

2) We have withdrawn from the Yukon Invitational meet scheduled for Saturday 12/12.

3) We will not be traveling to meets for the remainder of the season, with the exception of Jenks for the Frontier Conference Meet. This is a much larger facility and Jenks is planning to split the meet into two sessions (boys and girls) and it is a parent driven meet. Further discussion regarding the Jenks Invitational meet is ongoing and we will update as we know more.

4) We will be working to provide alternative options for meets, such as virtual, intrasquads, etc and will provide more information as we have it.

5) We do not yet have any information from OSSAA regarding Regionals or State.

Thanks to all of you for the continued flexibility and adapting as the situation changes very quickly. The kids are doing great at practice, following our Covid protocols, working hard and improving.
