Upcoming Meets
Spectators and Volunteers are required by TPS to wear a mask inside any TPS facilities, including the BTW pool.

• Jenks Scrimmage Tuesday, 10/19 at BTW
  
  • There is a possibility for BTW spectators BUT ONLY IF ALL volunteer spots for the meet are filled first. From the coaching staff: If we do not have ALL volunteer spots filled, BTW spectator spots will go to Jenks.

Booster Club Information

• October Booster Club Meeting Tuesday, 10/26 7:00 PM at Roka (1616 S Utica Ave, Tulsa) Please join us and enjoy dinner / drinks as we conduct our October Booster Club meeting. We have reserved the smaller meeting room.
• September meeting minutes are on swimtopia so that all can review. Please contact Stephanie Mitchell via email: stephrmitchell0428@gmail.com for comments/ corrections. Minutes will be on the agenda for approval at the October 26^th meeting.

Swim Team Needs

• Does anyone have a Halloween blowup that could be placed in the corner of the pool deck for decorations? If anyone has an extra blowup, please send after fall break with your swimmer, blowup can be returned after the Black and Orange Scrimmage on 10/29.
• A big thank you to those that have donated or sponsored the BTW Swim Team for the 2021-2022 season. 
• It's not too late! If you would still like to make a donation to the team, please reach out to Erica Irvine. If anyone has a business or a connection to someone that might be willing to sponsor, please reach out to them. (See attached sponsorship form.)

• The Holidays are approaching, please remember when shopping on Amazon start at smile.amazon.com and set the donations to BTW Swim Booster Club. Remember, only purchases at smile.amazon.com or through AmazonSmile activated in the Amazon Shopping app will support our Booster Club. Shopping Amazon.com will not be a part of the donations to the BTW Swim Booster Club.
• Need to order swimsuits, caps or goggles for practice? Shop Swimoutlet.com. We have a link on Swimtopia that will direct you to the shop and a percentage of those sales are donated back to BTW Swim Booster Club.
