Swimmers and Swim Families,

Each year when friends and family find out about the swim team’s 100x100 challenge, they are very impressed and supportive. So this year we are going to try something new by giving family and friends a tangible way to support our swimmers and the entire BTW Swim Team. They can sponsor swimmers in this effort for an amount ranging from $10 to $100 (or more if they want to).

Each swimmer that raises a minimum of $100 will receive a “Get out of 1 Practice Free” pass. These passes have some restrictions, which are listed below. We are also offering a grand prize of a $100 Amazon gift card to the swimmer that raises the most.

The team is in tremendous need of new swim parkas and so this fundraising effort will go toward that expense. Swimming a 10K is a BIG DEAL, as is the commitment to the entire week of morning Hell Week practices during winter break. This is a chance for our kids to hype up their effort and help the team.

Donations will primarily be collected online through this site. https://btw-swim-booster-club-inc.square.site/ However, if someone prefers to pay in cash or check (made to BTW Swim Booster Club) swimmers can turn in that money in an envelope with their name on it the morning of the 100x100.

Swim Pass Restrictions:

• Will limit usage to the first 3 swimmers per day, after that they have to pick a different day
• One time use!
• Can't be used the day before a meet
• Can be used for morning dryland or afternoon swim
• Passes must be turned in to coaches like a teacher's pass (we keep those with our attendance)
• At the coaches discretion, the pass may not be accepted due to requirements for a given practice session (e.g. relays/starts/test sets, etc)
