Notes From the Coaches

• Unless told otherwise, morning practice will be at the Field House due to ongoing renovation of the weight room in the aux gym
• Until at least regionals plan on varsity practice going until 5:30 PM, so arrange rides and pickup accordingly (even though the calendar says 5pm)
