    Swimmers need to login to SwimTopia and select requested events (no guarantees) for the following meets. For all three, please read the entry notes, particularly for the Union Invitational. Please note dates for each one, all swimmers should select events by Sunday, October 23rd. Parents - please note the times for each event, as the Jenks scrimmage and Union Invite will start at 5:30pm.

    • BTW/Jenks Scrimmage
    • Orange/Black Scrimmage (if you've already gone in and said you will be there as an athlete, please go back and select events!)
    • Union Invitational

    For the Jenks and Orange/Black scrimmages we need parents to sign up to be timers and other meet help. Our meets cannot be run without our parent volunteers! It's a great way to watch the team! 

    Spirit Wear

    School spirit wear through Gorfam will close on 10/16. These items will be delivered to the pool. Order here: https://btwswimming.itemorder.com/shop/sale/

    Team Suits and Jackets

    Team suits and jackets have been received and will be distributed at practice on Monday, October 24th.


    From the Booster Club

    Booster Club Dues 

    • The deadline for booster club dues was Oct 15th. We still have several that have not paid their booster club dues for this year. These dues are important because they help us fund activities for the swimmers throughout the year however, we do not want this to be a hardship for any family. Please reach out to Sharon Catalano if payment is a concern for your family.

    Immediate Volunteer Needs

    • Volunteers to learn the Hy-Tek system
    • Freshman or Sophomore parent to co-lead coordinating Restaurant Give Back Nights. Our current volunteer is a senior parent and would like to work with someone to take over as she transitions out
    • 1 or 2 volunteers to manage concessions at our two home meets: November 15th and January 5th

    Booster Club Meeting

    • The next Swim Booster Club Meeting will be Wednesday, October 26, at 6:30 PM at a location TBA
