From the Coaches

• Practice Monday and Tuesday 3 - 515/530, swimmers should arrive by 245 ready to go. If not attending parents need to email [email protected].
• We will announce attendees and events for the Ft Gibson meet on Monday. Any swimmers not attending will report to the cafeteria for 7th hr and be dismissed at regular dismissal time.
• Seniors need to compete the senior information Google form by Sunday night.
• We're still missing quite a few parka forms from swimmers. If a new copy is needed please check with Coach Jenn.

From the Booster Club

• The first pasta party of the year will be Monday, November 14th at 6:00 at the Hutto's home. Please sign up for items to bring; visit the Meets & Events page on the swim site Meets & Events - Booker T. Washington Hornets Swimming and scroll down to the Pasta Party, then click on "Job Signup" to the right.
• The first BTW home meet of the season is Tuesday, November 15th vs. Owasso. Jobs are not yet open however, we would like to encourage parents now to consider how you will volunteer to make this a successful meet. Tradition is that all senior parents are able to sit in the stands and enjoy watching their swimmer; we would like to ensure this continues. We have 9 seniors on the team. All underclassmen parents, please consider signing up to volunteer - needs are timers, ticket entrance, concessions, etc.
