• Reminder: Practices next week are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 3:00 - 5:30ish PM - swimmers should arrive at 2:45PM. Parents please email [email protected] if your swimmer will be out next week. 
• Huge thank you too all the parents for making senior night a successful meet and event!

From the Booster Club 

• Congratulations to our Senior Families on a great Senior Night! Thank you to Jill Rogers who coordinated a wonderful evening to honor this outstanding group. Senior families - the best photos are posted on our team Smug Mug account, but we will share out all of the pre-meet photos as well as the recognition photos. A separate link will be forthcoming in the next week or two.
• We will be holding a Booster Club meeting in December; we are aiming to have it coincide with a restaurant give back night. Details are forthcoming.
• Mark your calendars for the annual team holiday party on Friday, December 16th at 6:00 pm, hosted by the Lloyd family. There will be a taco bar - the Lloyd family will provide the meat and we are asking families to provide all the fixings. A sign up will be provided on the team calendar on the swimtopia website. After Thanksgiving break, swimmers will draw names for their Secret Santa and will exchange gifts at the holiday party. Gift limit is $15.
• During the winter break, there will be practice during week two. This practice week, or Hell Week, will culminate with the annual 100 x 100 challenge. We will need parent volunteers to serve as counters. We will also be using this as a fundraising opportunity to purchase equipment and other needs to help the team. One example is headsets that swimmers can wear and the coaches can talk through stroke technique, improvements without having to stop. Stay tuned for more details!

• With holiday shopping season upon us, please remember when shopping on Amazon to start at smile.amazon.com and set the donations to "BTW Swim Booster Club". Only purchases at smile.amazon.com or through AmazonSmile activated in the Amazon Shopping app will support our Booster Club. Shopping Amazon.com will not be a part of the donations to the BTW Swim Booster Club. 
• Need to order swimsuits, caps, or goggles for practice? Shop Swimoutlet.com. We have a link on Swimtopia that will direct you to the shop and a percentage of those sales are donated back to BTW Swim Booster Club. 
• If you need replacement equipment - paddles, fins, kickboard, etc. shop at our Swimquick Store. There is also some optional team spirit wear items which would make great holiday gifts for grandparents, aunts, uncles and more! 
• The last home meet of the season will be on January 5th, the Hornet Invitational. We have had a tremendous response from invited teams; volunteers will be needed. (Volunteering may be the only way you can watch your swimmer with the number of swimmers, coaches and away visitors).
