• **DELAYED from last week** Sign ups will be open by Monday, January 16th for the Rose Invitational Pasta Party, hosted by Alex, Erica and Mia Irvine, scheduled for Friday, January 27th. Please be sure to help ensure all slots are filled.
• Our first restaurant give back event will be at Chipotle on 15th Street this Tuesday, January 17th from 5 - 9 pm. After $150 in sales, BTW Swim will receive 33% of all sales. Please use the attached flyer to share by email and social media as well as show your cashier. Please invite family, friends, colleagues so we can maximize sales. Four ways to guarantee our purchases count: Show the cashier a digital flyer prior to paying; Show the cashier a paper flyer prior to paying; Order online and use the Promo Code 48WK739 on the Chipotle app or website. Please note that fundraiser online ordering is only valid through pickup during your fundraiser’s scheduled date, time, and assigned restaurant. Ordering delivery for fundraisers is not permitted at this time.
• The annual Swim Banquet will take place in April. This event is led by the Junior Class and put on by junior parents. Lauren Henson is leading the planning efforts this year for us. If any junior parents wish to help on the committee, please reach out to Lauren at [email protected]. Be on the lookout for a Junior Parent meeting.
• Need to order swimsuits, caps, or goggles for practice? Shop Swimoutlet.com. We have a link on Swimtopia that will direct you to the shop and a percentage of those sales are donated back to BTW Swim Booster Club.
• If you need replacement equipment - paddles, fins, kickboard, etc. shop at our Swimquick Store.
