From the Booster Club

• The deadline to RSVP for this year's swim banquet is this Tuesday, April 18th. Cost per person will be $15, swimmers will be covered by the booster club. Please RSVP yes or no, for all attendees, including swimmers, on the Meet & Events page. Please indicate if vegetarian is preferred when RSVPing. We currently have 23 of 35 RSVPS for swimmers and their families. Payment can be made the following ways:
  • Option 1 - Venmo - @BTWSwim-Booster

  • Option 3 – Cash or Check payable to: BTW Swim Booster Club - give to Coach Jenn or Coach V

• Coach V and Lesley Jennings will be coordinating this year's float trip. Information will be sent in the next few weeks as they work out details. We will need parent volunteers to drive and chaperone.
• Our last restaurant give back night is this Tuesday, April 18th at Whataburger, 21st and Yale. Event flyer is attached to this email to share on your social media. Be sure to mention BTW Swim.
• THANK YOU to NOELLE SETTLE for her four year commitment to the swim team serving as Restaurant Fundraising Chair. With her efforts in setting up give back nights, she has helped raise hundreds of dollars to ensure our swimmers have the equipment and other needs to be successful. With her senior, Eva, graduating, she will be moving on as well. We appreciate your many hours over the last four years!
• We will have one final Swim Booster Club meeting in May. There will be important information shared pertaining to summer swim, 2023-2024 volunteer needs and other year-end activities.
