- Regular Practice Schedule this week.
- Mon-Thur; 7th Hour until 5:00, Swim and dryland
- We will only swim on Friday, so we will be out by 4:15.
- Wednesday is the parent meeting
- Team Store/Gear orders need to be placed before 9/15 - we are not able to order caps/jackets/swag past this date
- Team Photos - once the photographer gets the edits done, you will be able to purchase pictures, that process will be very similar to how our team store is there will be a window of time for you to order photos. Just FYI - once we get all the details we will send all that out - approx time line is mid Oct.
From the Booster Club
- Booster Club Dues: To help support the team, it is requested that annual dues be paid for all swimmers. The price is $100 per swimmer and can be paid via venmo, credit card or check/cash. Please be sure to include your swimmer's name on all payments. Per the booster club bylaws, only dues paying members may vote.

- Credit Card via BTW Swim Booster Club Square Site (choose 2023/2024 Dues) - this method includes a $3.50 processing fee to your final total

There are scholarship funds available. We never want finances to prevent a swimmer from fully participating on the team. - Team Sponsorships:
An additional way to support the team financially is through sponsorship - individuals/families, businesses, etc. There are three levels: Gold ($500), silver ($250) and bronze ($100). Benefits include - name or logo displayed on the homepage of the website, name or logo on all home meet heat sheets, name or logo on all program documents, social media recognition.- Payment methods are the same as above - venmo, credit card, cash/check
- Bonding Night is this Friday, September 15th at the First Methodist Church Youth and Family Center. Drop off will be at 7:00 pm and pick up the following morning no later than 6:30 am; please begin picking swimmers up at 6:00 am
- Thank you to everyone who has signed up to donate food and supplies. We are still in need of the following: newspapers (alot!), 1 or 2 coolers with iced capri sun (any color/flavor but red or purple), 1 or 2 fruit trays and veggie trays. - If you have signed up for donations with a date of Wednesday, Sept. 13th, please send them with your swimmer on Wednesday OR you can bring them to the parent meeting Wednesday night.
- We still need at least 2 more parent volunteers to spend the night, assist with food set up, clean up, etc. It is recommended that at least one be a freshman or sophomore parent to see how the night runs for next year. To sign up to volunteer, please visit the event on the team website here
- Swimmers need to bring: socks, refillable water bottle, sleeping bag (camping pad, cot, inflatable mattress are welcome), pillow & blanket, toiletries, a change of clothes, a hoodie. Swimmers should NOT bring any handheld video games or restricted items as stated on Code of Conduct form.
- Swimmers: RSVP here;
- Everyone must be out by 6:30 am.
- All activities will be indoors but it does get chilly inside. Recommend wearing comfortable shoes!
- Join us for the first Booster Club meeting of the year this Wednesday, September 13th.We ask that at least one parent for each swimmer attends.
- The meeting will begin at 6:00, in the library at BTW. Initially to be held in the Seminar Room, admin has shared that we need to move to the library.
- A Code of Conduct form needs to be on file annually for all swimmers attending events put on by the booster club; please note this is separate from the coaches' form. This year's form should be returned to the pool no later than September 13th. Both swimmer and parent needs to review and sign.
