From the Coaches

•  Swimmer of the week: Hell week's swimmer of the week was Taryn. Taryn made it to practice every day and swam every set as well as completing 100x100. Taryn has been a huge help to the coaches this season and we can always rely on her to communicate with the team. She swims hard and takes each practice seriously. We are excited to watch Taryn finish out her last season as a hornet and will be so sad to see her graduate.
• Congratulations to all of the swimmers who participated in hell week and completed 100x100. You are all amazing!

    AJ, Adrielle, Andrew, Britian, Citlaly, Claire, Darby, Everly, Farrah, Hayden, Helen, Hussien, Jared, Jarek, Lily, Mariah, Mattea, Paula, Nellie, Rebakah, Sloan, Sophie, Taryn, and Zach. 
  • Also, Thank you to all the volunteers and parents who came out to support the 100x100.
• Practice this week:
  • Tuesday 3-5:15 (pool open at 2:45)
  • Wed-Friday normal practice until 5:15

From the Booster Club

•   A reminder that we extended the fundraiser deadline to midnight on December 31st to allow more time for donations to be received. Please remind your swimmers to forward their Square link to friends and family who may be willing to sponsor them.
  • Our goal for the 100x100 fundraiser is $3,500; as of Dec 29th, you have raised $3,480. We're almost to 100%! THANK YOU to everyone who has contributed so far!

• Booker T is responsible for providing 2 timers at the Frontier Conference on January 9th. Timers will get free admission to the meet. The timer meeting will be at 5 pm at the south end of the pool.

• Junior Families - There will be a meeting in mid-January to discuss the planning process and needs for the annual banquet. 
• Senior Families - There will be a quick reset meeting for Senior Night on Monday, January 8th at 7:30 pm. Zoom link to be sent separately.
• Sign ups are open for the three remaining in-season events - 2 pasta parties and our final home meet. For senior night, our goal is for NO senior family to have to volunteer, allowing them the opportunity to watch and enjoy the meet. If you have not yet volunteered this year, please consider doing so on senior night!
• We have our first restaurant fundraiser coming up
  • It’s at Panera on 41st & Yale on 1/22 from 4-8 pm
