The deadline to RSVP for the annual swim banquet is 11:59 PM on Thursday, April 11.

Please see below for details on how to RSVP and submit payment for non-swimmers. 

• Join us for the annual swim banquet on Thursday, April 18, 6:00 pm, at Harvard Ave Christian Church (5502 S. Harvard Ave). 
  • Deadline to RSVP is Thursday, April 11th. Cost per person is $16, swimmers will be covered by the booster club. 
  • Please RSVP for all attendees, including swimmers, on the Meets & Events page.
  • If paying for siblings or grandparents please note upon payment as outside individuals cannot RSVP through the website. (If paying via venmo, note all names). 
  • Please notify Ann Lloyd at [email protected] if vegetarian is preferred.
  • Payment can be made the following ways:
    • Option 1 - Venmo - @BTWSwim-Booster
