From the Coaches

• Practice this week: We are back in the pool this week. Monday, Tuesday Thursday until 4. Wednesday will be optional water polo day until 4. Friday will be a free day or an outside day depending on the weather. We will excuse at normal time Friday.
• Reminder ALL physicals will be invalid for 2023-24 school year as of May 31st regardless of when athlete got theirs for this school year. All Physicals obtained as of May 1, 2024 will be good the 2024-25 year. In order to participate in summer practice, I will need a physical dates May 1 or later.
  • On the following Wednesdays in May: May 1st,  May 8th, and May 22nd ,from 4pm to 8pm, Dr. Shavonda Pannell will be at Carver giving physicals. Physicals are $20. Below is a signup Genius for individuals to go and signup. Physicals will take place in room 401. It is asked that paperwork be filled out prior to coming so it does not slow the process. Methods of payment are cash or check.
  • There will be a total of 12 slots per hour which will be 48 total for each day. This will be for all Carver and BTW Athletes/Band/Cheer/Pom both current and incoming. I have also attached the forms that each athlete will need. Additional days may be added if we have at least 76 slots filled and completed.

  • Physicals for Booker T student Athletes will be scanned and sent to Herb and Coach P to be uploaded and Coach Williams will upload all Carver physicals.

From the Booster Club

• Seniors - We want to celebrate the next chapter of your journey. As you finalize your post high school plans, please send a photo in your college gear along with your future study plans (if known) and we will share! Send your email to [email protected]
• Returning Swimmers - You may start getting your physicals now for next school year. All physicals from this year are no good after July 1st. More information can be found on Rank One https://tulsapublicschools.rankone.com/New/NewInstructionsPage.aspx
• Seniors and non-returning swimmers - Reminder to return your parkas and any checked out equipment. Prior to returning, please machine wash separately in cold water and do NOT use any kind of laundry soap; hang to dry. If it is lost or damaged beyond repair there is a replacement cost of $150
• The annual float trip will be Monday, June 3rd. More details will be shared in the coming months. Because it will be a booster club sponsored activity swimmers will not be able to drive and we will need parents to serve as drivers and chaperones. RSVPs are open for swimmers; parents who will chaperone should both RSVP AND sign up under the chaperone job signup. Please RSVP here
