• Swimmer of the Week this week was Lizzy. Lizzy was a bit behind at the start of the season due to being on the freshman volleyball team. She has quickly caught up and is keeping pace with the team and has set her sight on butterfly. Each day this week after swimming the whole practice, she swam a 100 butterfly on her own to prepare for the event next week. She also has an amazing attitude and is always smiling!
• The flip turn challenge is still going strong, and we are seeing improvements. We are still in need of prize donations.
• Thank you to Dave Kerpon and friend for hanging the senior banners on Friday. They look great! 
• This week practices will be the usual time. 
  • No school Monday and Tuesday does not affect this. Pool will open at 2:45 and please pick up no later than 5:30. 
  • No Saturday practice this week
• We have an away meet on Thursday at Ft. Gibson high school. We will leave BTW at 1:45 and everyone will ride the bus to the meet. Dinner will be provided by the Booster Club but swimmers are encouraged to bring extra food and snacks. Meet starts at 5:30 and parents are encouraged to attend and cheer.
  • We are looking for a parent volunteer, who is attending the meet, to pick up the box dinners at McAllister's at 21st and Yale on their way out of town and bring them to the meet. Please let Coach V know if you can help with this. 

• The booster club is still looking for a vice president/ President elect. Please see Marc, Carla or Coach V for details.
