From the Coaches
- Thank you to Jessica White for bringing the food to the Ft. Gibson meet and thank you to all the parents who came and cheered.
- This week's SOW will be announced Monday
- Normal practice this week.
- We have a home meet on Tuesday.
- Coach V has an appointment on Wed. so please pick up no later than 5:20. Activity bus kids will wait in the hall.
- Saturday practice is TBD and will be communicated to the kids.
- Holiday practice schedule:
- Mon thru Wed of Thanksgiving week at normal time
- No practice Dec. 23-27th
- Hell week Dec. 30, 31 & Jan 2 and 3 normal time.100 x 100 challenge will be the morning of Saturday Jan. 4th.
- All swimmers who are not traveling should plan to attend all holiday practices.
