From the Coaches

• Holiday practice schedule:
  • Mon thru Wed of Thanksgiving week at normal time
    • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday practice this week. Pool opens at 2:45 and pick up is at 5:15
    • Any swimmer not able to attend will need to have their parents send an e-mail to [email protected]
    • If club is not holding swim any of these days, club swimmers are expected to be at BTW.
  • No practice Dec. 23-27th
  • Hell week Dec. 30, 31 & Jan 2 and 3 normal time.100 x 100 challenge will be the morning of Saturday Jan. 4th.
  • All swimmers who are not traveling should plan to attend all holiday practices.
• Thank you to all of the parents who made the drive to Bixby to support the team last week. It was a really great meet with some great races. 
• SOW-Swimmer of the week was Ben. Ben started taking the team from flab to slab this week. Please ask your swimmer about it. He also was extremely nervous to swim a 200 free at our Bixby meet and conquered that fear, swam it well, and earned points for the team. Ben should be really proud of himself for the work he has put in this year. He is juggling, swim, school, and several time consuming extra curriculars. He is so fun to have on the team and supportive of all his fellow swimmers. 
• Snack cabinet is getting really low so please send snacks or venmo with "snacks" as the memo. 
• I am thankful for all of you and hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving and get to enjoy your families and time off from the grind! -Coach V
