From the Coaches

• Thank you to all the families who volunteered and joined us for 100x100! It was a very successful event. These kids continue to amaze me everyday with their work ethic and determination. 
• Hell Week swimmer of the week was Carter. Carter joined the team his sophomore year and has continued to grow exponentially since then. He has become an important addition to the boys team and, more importantly, a great teammate. Holiday break practices have never been his favorite but he showed up every day, worked hard, and completed 100x100 on Saturday. BTW swim is lucky to have him!
• Monday- practice at 3, pick up at 5:15. We will be working on starts, turns and finishes to prepare for this month of meets.
  • A-relay club swimmers, please try to attend Monday, even if just for an hour before club practice to work on relay transitions.
• Tuesday- 5:30 meet in Bartlesville. 
  • Dinner provided by the booster club. 
  • Bus leaves at 1:45 and students will be excused from class at 1:30. 
  • Please wear your black pants and team jacket to school. 
  • Best guess, we will return to BTW by 9ish. This is a dual meet so not as long as an invitational. 
  • Meet is at 411 S. Keeler Ave. Not Bartlesville high school if you have not been before.
• Wednesday-Friday- normal practice 

From the Booster Club

• Thank you to all the parents who volunteered for 100/100s. Also many thanks to those who contributed to the team fund.
• The 100x100 Fundraiser Event was a great success! On behalf of the Booster Club board, thank you to all of the swimmers, parents, and friends/family for your generosity. The final totals for the fundraiser: We received 115 individual donations from 36 swimmers and raised $7850 total, smashing through our goal of $5000.
  • Winners of the fundraising competition, which ended at midnight on 1/3, were: First Place, Andrew King, $850; Second Place, Nico Armendariz, $605 Third Place, Madden White, $570. Congrats to all swimmers for their fundraising efforts!
• Our next Booster Club Meeting will be Wednesday Jan 15 via zoom. A link will be circulated later this week.
