From the Coaches

• Practice this week:
  • Monday optional practice from 4-6pm
  • Tues. through Friday: Normal practice
• Saturday-Rose Invitational Meet
  • We will meet at the Education Service Center at 7:45am. The bus will leave at 8:00. All swimmers attending this meet must ride the bus to participate. 
  • The Booster Club will provide lunch for this meet.
• We have two weeks of regular practice before we begin to taper for regionals. Every practice counts. 

From the Booster Club

• The Rose Party is on Friday at Andrew's house.
  • Parents, please go to our swimtopia site, look for the Rose Party (first thing under Meets & Events), select on the job signup, we need some people to donate bread, salad and drinks.
