From the Coaches

• We had a great first week of swimming! The swimmers were on time, on task and worked really hard!
• Coach V will be at a swim coaches conference this week so Mr. Murdock will run practice. I will be checking e-mail and passing needed info to him.
• Practice
  • Normal practice this week Tuesday through Friday. 
  • Pick up no later than 5:15
• Swimmer of the Week
  • SOW-Aaron was swimmer of the week this week. He has come back ready to work and with a smile!

From the Booster Club

• Parent Meeting
  • Thank you for everyone who attended the parent meeting on Thursday. The slides from the meeting are attached for your reference.
  • We discussed the end of the year financial summary at the meeting and discussed expenses for the upcoming year. The budget for this year reflects the increased costs that we saw from last year. We voted to increase swimmer dues to $150/swimmer (the actual per swimmer cost is close to $400). Dues help us cover away meet meals, state costs, end of the year banquet, bonding night and so much more. 
• Dues
  • $150 per swimmer + $29.50 for the team shirt (will be the same shirt for the next 4 years)
  • Please pay dues by October 15
  • Scholarships are available if there is a hardship; please contact coaches or a board member 
  • Payment options:

    • Cash or check made out to BTW Swim Booster Club and brought to the pool
    • Please specify on your payment what you are paying for (dues, shirt, snack donation, extra donation to support the team, sponsorship, etc.)
