Good morning parents!

We're still looking for 3 more volunteers to help with the midnight to 6AM shift during bonding night (9/19 - 9/20). It's a low-key role - just being present and maybe snapping a few photos. 

Rasha, mom to Farrah and Husseins, is organizing the event and she will make sure everything runs smoothly. I helped out last year and really enjoyed seeing the team interact. I'd love to do it again, but my husband and I will be out of town for Parents’ Weekend at our daughter’s school.

Also, please make sure your student has RSVP’d for the event on the team page. This is a meaningful tradition for the team and a great way for them to connect - yes, your encouragement makes a big difference. We moved to Tulsa from a state that did not have a team environment for high school swimming, so participating in with this team has been great.   

Chaperones on the early shift will start out at Coach V’s house, and then the group will head to First United Methodist Church downtown.
