Hi Parents -

Swim season is here!  I'm sure you are all just as excited as I am to see the kids in the pool for the first time this season.  The black and orange scrimmage is a great way to kick things off and is a lot of fun to watch.  Looking forward to seeing you all there!

We will not have concession or heat sheet sales at the black and orange scrimmage.  Coach V will send the heat sheet electronically to parents tomorrow so we can view on our phones and will also have a copy posted on the wall in case you want to snap a pic instead.  

Concession Donations
Reminder to bring your concession donations tomorrow night!  We are asking parents to donate items so we can begin concession sales at the scrimmage with Jenks next Thursday.  You can view the sign up here:  Meets & Events - Booker T. Washington Hornets Swimming

Pasta Party
A big thank you to the Roark's (Cameron's family) for hosting the kids for their first pasta party.  Reminder, this is a swimmer only event.  If you volunteered to donate desserts and drinks for this evening, please send them with your swimmer.

Where: The swimmers were sent the address in the GroupMe, but in case they missed it, the address is:  2152 S Evanston Ave.
RSVP:  If you haven't already RSVP'd, please do so as soon as possible so the Roark's know to expect your swimmer.  RSVP is open under Meets and Events.
