    • Practice information
      • Normal practice schedule this week outside of Black and Orange
    • Pasta Party
      • Pasta party at Matthias’s house tomorrow after practice.
    • Black and Orange Scrimmage
      • Swimmers will stay at school on Tuesday until the meet begins so make sure they have plenty of food and snacks
      • Parents are encouraged to wear either black or orange to support their Swimmer’s team
    • Team Photos
      • Photos are ready and can be viewed here: 
      • Orders placed by Sunday, Oct 25th, will save on shipping fees. The gallery will expire on that date and reopen later with shipping fees applied.
      • Seniors should select their banner poses and get those to Shannon Surratt asap.

    From the Booster Club

    • Pasta Party - Matthias Rak's Home Tomorrow, October 19th!
      • Our first pasta party of the year is tomorrow after swim practice from 5pm - 9pm. 
      • If you haven't already, please sign up to bring something under Meets and Events Pasta Party
      • The address will be sent to your swimmers.
    • Concession Donations:
      • We are asking parents to donate concession goodies to seed our initial stock for home meets during the Black and Orange Scrimmage.
      • While you are at Sam's and Costco, pick up an item or two to drop off at the pool during the scrimmage.
      • All proceeds earned for concession sales go back into funding low stock throughout the season and any amount leftover goes back into the budget for next year.
    • Dues, Donations & More
      • We are still collecting payments for Booster Club Dues ($175), snack cabinet or general donations and sponsorships.
      • Payments can be made via the following*:
        • Checks payable to BTW Swim Booster Club (send money with your swimmer.

        • *If you are paying for more than one of the items above, please itemize your contribution.
    • Booster Club Parent Roster
      • Don't forget to OPT OUT of the parent roster by October 15th.
