Union Invitational

Union Invitational All swimmers (Varsity & JV) will be attending. Signups for this meet will close at 9 pm on Sunday, October 23rd; please let coaches know as soon as possible if you will not be able to attend the meet. Swimmers are limited to 2 individual events and up to 2 relays. Select 2 individual events you are interested in swimming. Due to entry limitations and other coaching decisions, these events are not guaranteed and entries per team are limited by the meet host. Not all swimmers will swim 2 individual events. The Fresh Fish 50s are intended for first year swimmers. You may not enter a the 50 and 100 of the same stroke, with the exception of the 50 and 100 Free. We will update swimmers on Monday, October 31st with their final events. The meet will conclude with a 50 Free Shootout. Swimmers for this event will be determined by the coaches. All relays will be assigned by coaches. The team will be riding a bus to the meet. Swimmers will report to the pool as normal for 7th hour and the bus will depart BTW at 3 pm. Swimmers may ride home **with parents only** after checking out with the coaching staff. We will provide further details to the team before the meet. Parents are welcome to attend the meet at the Union 6th & 7th Grade center, located at 10100 E 61st St Tulsa OK 74133. The Union Swim Team is encouraging an optional donation for the Tulsa Day Center. Their greatest needs are new (but cheap - think Dollar Stores) underwear and socks for men and women, as well as sports bars. They appreciate any donations. We will work with the seniors to coordinate collections for anyone wishing to donate from BTW. Please let the coaches know if you have any questions. |

Booster Club Parent Meeting

The seminar room is between the library and the commons - come in the main doors, turn right at the office and then left just between the attendance office and the library entrance (it's on the right). We will have signs directing you to the meeting room. |

Team Picture Day

We will be taking individual pics for the team. We will meet at the pool and walk together to the field house. Swimmers will need to make arrangements for rides home as we most likely will go past dismissal.
Team and individual packages will be available for purchase after proofs are available. Please make every effort to be at school on the 8th, as it will be difficult to schedule make up photos. |

The banquet also serves as our final booster club meeting of the year and we will be electing officers for the 2022-2023 season.
