    October 8 is our first scrimmage of 2021. This pre-season scrimmage will give new swimmers and parents an introduction to a swim meet. Swimmers will time during this scrimmage and no parent volunteers are needed. Spectators are welcome but capacity is limited. 

    Please be flexible and stay aware as changes could happen to the schedule this year. We will utilize the Facebook group, a new GroupMe, team website and email to communicate schedule changes.

    Meet in Sand Springs at Quik Trip (3:30) to carpool to the Rolston lake house on Keystone Lake (as there is not enough parking for everyone) and everyone will be back at the Q-trip by 8:30 for pick-up Sand Springs at QuikTrip

    What to bring:
    Swimsuit & Sturdy shoes

    Please do not bring anything that cannot get WET!!! Or possibly muddy.

    There will be games, canoeing, swimming, fishing (bring your equipment), and food!
    The Rolstons will proved hot dogs, veggie dogs, buns, condiments, lemonade and water.

    Hello Parents!! I can't believe we are in the final days of summer break. I hope everyone has had a great summer and is ready to get the 2021-2022 swim season off to a great start.

    I would like to invite all parents to join in a parent mixer at Fassler Hall (304 S Elgin Ave, Tulsa, OK 74120) next Wednesday, August 4th at 7:00 p.m.

    This event is just a low key, get to know you event that will allow us to meet and see each other (some for the first time) and ask any questions you may have about the upcoming swim season. We will be having a more formal booster club meeting in September.

    The weather is suppose to cool down next week and Fassler has a nice outdoor area as well as a large indoor area in case of rain.

    All incoming BTW students (new freshman) along with any current BTW students are invited to tryout for the BTW Swim Team.

    Perspective swimmers should bring the following:

    • Towel
    • Water bottle

    Rising Juniors - Please plan to be at the pool during tryouts to help!

    All currently enrolled BTW Freshman, Sophomores and Juniors are invited to tryout for the BTW Swim Team. 

    Tryouts will be held at the pool during 7th hour and immediately after school. Perspective swimmers should bring the following:

    • Swimsuit (prefer competitive, no two piece suits)
    • Goggles
    • Swimcap
    • Towel
    • Water bottle

    Rising Juniors - you will report to the pool during 7th hour to assist with tryouts!

    This is a mandatory tryout for all existing team members. Please be changed and ready to get in the water no later than 2:45PM. You will not need your swim gear, but you do need to bring a suit, towel, cap and goggles.
