(This event is only for those swimmers who participated on the 2018-19 team.)

Meet at the TPS Education Service Center (NOT BTW) by 8:00 am. The Education Service Center is located at 3027 S. New Haven Ave. Tulsa, OK 74114 (31st Street and New Haven Avenue.) Cars will leave AT 8:15 am in order to be on the river by 10 am for the all day float. We will float with Hanging Rock Floats. We will return to the Education Service around 6 pm; swimmers will notify parents of an ETA when we leave Hanging Rock. Swimmers need to a bring sack lunch, towel, dry clothes to change into after the float, SUNSCREEN, and money for snacks if they wish. Permission slips were already distributed and hardcopies are available at the pool. Signed permission slips and payment are due day of float.

Your whole family is invited to this fun potluck banquet where we will celebrate the swimmers, the coaches, our graduating seniors, our Booster Club volunteers and a fantastic swim season. A video of the season's highlights will be shown at the banquet. We hope as many of you as possible will be able to attend this special event. The JUNIORS are responsible for the awards for the evening and serve as our MCs.

The SOPHOMORES and their parents are asked to come early (5:00 p.m.) to help set up and to organize the food for the serving line.

The FRESHMEN and their parents are asked to stay after the end of the banquet to help clean up, put away tables, etc.
