Join us to support the BTW Softball Team at their Senior Night game. The team will walk/drive over together and cheer on those hornets. All swimmer tickets will be paid for by the Booster Club. REMINDER: only clear bags allowed in the stadium. Swimmers must RSVP if they are attending. Swimmers are responsible for purchasing their own concessions - the Booster Club is only paying for entrance fees for swimmers. |

Bonding Night
FMC Youth & Family Center

End: 6:30 AM
Swimmers need to bring: socks, refillable water bottle, sleeping bag (camping pad, cot, inflatable mattress are welcome), pillow & blanket, toiletries, a change of clothes, a hoodie All activities will be indoors but it does get chilly inside. Recommend wearing comfortable shoes!Swimmers should NOT bring any handheld video games or restricted items as stated on Code of Conduct form. Everyone must be out by 6:30am. We look forward to having you at the first Booster Club Meeting of the 2023 - 2024 season! This is a parents only meeting; please no swimmers or other children. There will be a lot of information about the year, volunteer needs, coaches expectations, etc. We will also vote on this year's budget. |

Historical Building BTW

We will meet at the pool at 2:45pm then walk to the Historical building for photos. Swimmers will need to wear their team warm ups. If they don't have a warm up then they will share with a previous swimmer for pictures. |

2022-23 Float trip
Illinois River
This will be an all-day trip to the Illinois River to experience some end of year team bonding. Parent chaperones will be needed to drive and supervise on the river. No students will be allowed to drive. The number of chaperones will depend on the number of kids signed up but we will most likely need 6 to 10. Cost will be $25 per person. RSVP and payment must be made by June 12th at midnight. |

Swim Banquet
First Methodist Church Tulsa - Thomas Hall

Thomas Hall at First Methodist Church will host the annual swim banquet. Thomas Hall is on level 1 of the Sanctuary Building. Nacho bar with vegetarian option as well, will be served. Cost is $15 per person; all swimmers will be paid for by the Booster Club. The junior class is planning a memorable night complete with awards, senior recognition and the always popular swim video. Please use the Banquet Form to RSVP for swimmers and family members. |
